Hotel was advertised as tub/shower combo but they have very few rooms with a tub which is essential for me for pain management. The rooms are way too basic for the cost: you have to squeeze bottles to get soap, shampoo out, go to lobby to use a microwave, and mattresses were soooo hard I barely slept. The bed spread had a weird texture and was very itchy. There were visibly loose at the base of the shower. They have tiny garbage cans with dividers for recycling, the money would be better spent elsewhere. If I could have, I would have definitely booked elsewhere and will avoid Tru brand at all costs.

It was very clean and well kept. But there were many negatives: no shuttle to airport, no restaurant, not a couch or comfy chair in the rooms. These accommodations are probably fine for college students or young adults, but not for older people who are looking for more comfort.

I didn’t like no room service. I was there five days and no room service. I didn’t like it was too modern for me. No microwave in room. I did enjoy the breakfast. I did enjoy Customer Service.
