Staff was very professional and polite. But keys to room took several attempts before working. No phone service between desk and room. No hot water for two day stay. When asked about this was told it would be fixed Monday which would do me no good. Overall I don’t giving negative reviews so I’ll say I which it could’ve been a little better.

You get what you pay for!

Rooms were bare minimum. Not filthy, but not nice either. I did have to kill one roach my first day. Bed was uncomfortable, with hair on the linen. Overall you get what you pay for. I have certainly seen worse.

The staff was extremely nice. The manager went above and beyond to get us a room. However. The room door was broken. You had to lift it to close properly. The toilet leaked. Everywhere smelled like Marijuana. There was fecal matter on the floor by the toilet. The room was not cleaned. Pubic hair on sink. AC did not work correctly. Refrigerator did not keep cold and was all rusted on the side. Spill spots on the floor in front of elevator. Poor water pressure. It had a stove but no pots or pans.

I booked this room and when I went in the doors that led the the elevator, it was a street walker and her pimp. When I got to the 4th floor that my room was on I didn’t have to even walk off the elevator to smell weed. I tried twice to get my refund and the hotel never wanted to refund me even tho I never stayed. I went home and they denied my refund TWICE! So how I’m out of $97 $ This is a hotel for street walkers and drug addicts!
