I used the room while I was in labor being we were only 7-9 minutes away from the hospital. It was quiet so I was able to focus on the contractions instead of the noise around us. Parking was easy as well. Room clean and very spacious.

Inconsistent Treatment of Customers

This is hard to write. The staff did the best they could under the circumstances, but wow! The elevators were out, although we were told one was working. We weren't told it was working intermittently. I was on the 8th Floor. I cannot tell you the number of times I had to climb the stairs. My friend and I ordered breakfast. After an hour, his arrived, but mine had not. He finished his breakfast and finally my omelet arrived. Again, the front of house staff were pleasant and nice, but what the hell??? My friends received one night's stay comped for their room with an apology for the inconvenience. They were on the 6th floor, and their parking pass was comped. I paid full price without a word. Inconsistent treatment. Was it because I booked through Hotels.com? I don't know. I will say the bed was comfortable. Had it not been, I would have felt like I booked a weekend in hell.

We had a nice stay other than 3 out of 4 elevators were not working. The hotel compensated is worth a free breakfast from their restaurant which we enjoyed.

No working elevators

Hotel with great potential. There for a couple of nights while I visited family nearby, sometimes a great hotel is one that you don’t want to leave, I couldn’t wait to get out of there bc the elevator was non functional… while they were honest at checkin about the intermittent sole working elevator and gave me a chance to not stay there and go elsewhere but seeing as I was only staying for 2 nights and didn’t plan on being in the hotel all that much I decided to stay bc they were adamant that they were trying to figure it out. The guest rooms started on the 6th floor and I had a room on the 7th, it was not fun walking up the 7 flights. I survived, however I felt bad for the older guests that had to do this… not to mention the support staff lugging supplies and trash up and down the stairs. I can’t imagine going up to the floors in the teens… some staff were absolutely awesome, Amber at the bar/restaurant was great! I can’t say that I’d stay there again based on this experience.

Thus is a great location and normally usually have no problems with this location but this tome only 1 of 4 elevators worked for 12 floors. Gave us a ropm that was not cleaned and the room we got moved too the ac was broken. Gave us only a refund for parking of 15.00

Where to even start? Broken aircon in the room. 3 out of 4 elevators did not work. Basically, old dilapidated everything. It felt like anything I touched might crumble to dust or shatter. Gross. On the 3rd morning of my stay I walked past a guy, and he said, "I would say good morning, but I know where you're staying". It made me laugh, which was the best part of my stay. Avoid at all costs!

Shut the place down already!

Hotel smells like bug spray. 10+ floors and elevators where down. Guest had to use the filthy service elevator. Aweful for the price @$226.00 per night
