I would never stay here again. First, they overbooked, so the King bed I paid for ended up being two Queens. Very uncomfortable beds, so I slept horribly. The bathtub had missing ceramic in several spots, trim was broken off in doorways, baseboards were missing/broken, the couch was incredibly uncomfortable/very firm, the balcony doors were very difficult to open, and no amenities such as plates or cups in the kitchenette. The gym was small and afforded little room to lay a mat, but mats were available. There was no water in the water refill station. Finally, don’t believe the disclaimer on this app that says pets stay for free. There is a $25/pet fee they charged. Stay somewhere else!

Chose this hotel for a two night stay over several others for size of room for my family of five, good location, free parking and price per night. Mostly satisfied with our choice. The suite had some issues upon arrival such as the sink in the bathroom being clogged and the two small refrigerators not working that well due to ice buildup. Also, our suite had no glasses, dishes or silverware. We were able to borrow those from the restaurant and return what we used after we were done with them. The indoor pool was not heated so it was too cold us to swim in it. The jacuzzi next to the pool was fine though. Maintenance repaired the sink and programmed one of the two TV's that weren't working. What we really liked was we were able to walk to our room through the hotel directly to the beach. There was a stairs to the beach and a shower for rinsing off sand. We were also able to easily exchange our used bath towels for new ones. The staff was friendly and were able to accommodate most of our requests. Our suite also had two balconies and ocean view which we liked.

The hotel was fine. Our first room was awful. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced, there was mold behind the mirror and the air conditioner face was almost off. The room was not up to the standards for a Wyndham product

We have really come to love this property. It is in a great location and has a restaurant that is open for every meal. The day bartender is a really good employee and we enjoy her service every time. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very much a great price.

Good customer service (reception desk employees). Plenty of onsite safe parking. Restaurant had friendly team members, and the food was good and fairly priced. Attention was paid to cleaning the first floor and elevators. Patio and beach were clean and easily accessed. Unfortunately, room cleaning service was only partially done during the four days stay. Found sand in the sheets of the bed on the first night's stay. At least room service replaced the sheets that same night. Trash was not removed during the stay, bathroom was not cleaned every day, and towels were not replaced. There were no luggage stands to put suitcases on. Also, piles of dirty sheets and towels from other rooms were left in the hallway during the day.

CLEANING Requires HIGH and LOW Maintenance !!!!!
Room size was nice but the cleanliness needed some tlc carpet was nasty all throughout the room needed to be steam clean ,air condition/ heating unit was fill with dust when we cut it on lot's of dust came out blew everywhere in the ceiling and walls , small refrigerator was nasty on the outside had dried up food on door handles and on walls from previous quest ? t.v in front room wouldn't cut off with remote also buttons on t.v remote #was warn off balcony from living room area couldn't open like it was welded tightly? We did complain about the nastiness was told someone would be taking care of it and you quess that NEVER HAPPENED for this to be a resort why charge maintenance fees if they not cleaning these rooms dust was everywhere all on the lamp shields and on all the appliances REALLY resorts charge alot of money yearly for these maintenance fees that are NOT being HONOR WHY IS THAT? Then yall have the nerve to charge quest maintenance fees to stay at these resort WOW

The room was dirty. It reeked of cigarettes smoke. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The bed was literally broken and if you sat on the front left corner you would fall to the floor. It also had ants. The sliding automatic door was broken and left open at all times. The view of the ocean was BEAUTIFUL, but thats no reason not to be vigilant about the actual hotels cleanliness
