Staff were good and the room was clean. Bed is comfortable and room is fairly large. Couch is uncomfortable for prolonged sitting. Not having a cafe/restaurant open Tuesdays and Wednesdays or any breakfast bar is a bit inconvenient but there are other local options. Site location makes for some traffic noise in the room. But is a good value, at least at this time of year (winter after the holidays).

Very friendly staff and great location. The room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains and downtown area. Some aspects were a little outdated and the walls were thin (especially being right by the elevator) but overall a charming hotel that I would stay at again!

Let the booker beware. I booked an accessible room through Expedia. The room I got was not accessible. I spoke to the front desk, and they said that was Expedia‘s fault. They said the room was hearing accessible. They said they did not have a handicapped accessible room available. Makes no sense. Clearly someone who selected an accessible most likely assumed the room would be handicapped accessible.
