The young man who welcomed us and checked us in was impeccably dressed, professional and very inviting to the hotel. The hotel is older but clean, quiet and affordable.

Not the worst. Good staff! Yelling match in the hallway at 530 am between two different rooms and hotel staff. Breaktfsst was satisfactory for continental.

We checked into the days inn by Wyndham in north bay. From the start it was a terrible experience. Firstly the gentleman at the desk doing check in had to double check the time we were able to check in. After confirming the room was ready, we rushed in, not before almost tripping on a dirty mop head in the process. We threw our stuff in the room quickly as we were running off to a funeral. We noticed that the room looked a little grimy and the sheets were yellow so before returning to the room we bought our own pillows and blankets. After getting back - this is the state of the room we stayed in (please see photos). Being so late at night we were stuck at the hotel as we are 4.5 hours away from home. We checked out early in the morning and the woman at the desk wasn’t sure if she could even give us our deposit back as the system wasn’t working. We’ve had to had Expedia reach out to the hotel (since the direct phone line doesn’t work) to see if we’re getting our deposit back? Seeing as how we slept on top of the sheets and purchased our own pillows I can’t imagine we wouldn’t. Plus nothing in that room is worth the $300 deposit. Once we left, and returned home, we noticed we are all covered in bed bug bites.

The room was filthy sheets, blankets, and pillows. Head stains baseboards had thick buildup of dirt bathtub and shower looked grimy ceiling tiles had stains window curtains had big stains. The floor above my bedroom was very loud throughout the night like someone was constantly moving around furniture the only good experience that I had was The staff. That worked the courtesy desk, very polite and informative.

Days Inn isn't a young hotel, but the room was nice, clean and comfortable. There were no problem. I like that hotel because it's in downtown.

The property needs an upgrade the tub surround was attempted to be fixed, covering mold. The bathroom door would not close as the latch was seized with paint. The staff however were very friendly.

The reception staff were inconsistent. Appears that the female staff were better informed and more professional. The male check-out employee was not well trained and questioned me on my payment and did not let me leave until he checked the room. *I felt embarrassed and insulted by his treatment. I have never been held back on check out in over 40 years of travel worldwide. Very disappointed with this treatment
