Disappointing

Quality was not that great for a Hampton hotel. Bed not very comfortable and could feel the springs on the pull out sofa bed. Disappointing.

Even though this was just for an overnight stay the young woman at the desk was welcoming and helpful during our stay. Also the clerk on the morning we left was friendly. There were lots of different choices for breakfast as well. Our room was clean. The only complaint my husband and I would have is there is not bright enough lighting in the main part of the room. Would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn, in north Bay.
