The property was very good, for North Bay. It was nice to have a kitchen in the room. Some recommendations on my end. The dishwasher was not great, but there were no options to hand wash dishes. Also would have been nice to have hand soap in the kitchen. The staff were phenomenal whenever I interacted with them.

We were very happy with our stay here! It had a delicious breakfast, very comfortable bed, and we booked a room with a tub and loved how big and relaxing that was as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times always love it. However this time when we arrived at 2:30 room wasn't quite ready which was fine check in was at 3:00. I asked if it will be ready at three since we were in town for a function and needed to get ready. She said she didnt know when it would be ready . All this doesnt sound too bad however the front desk clerk was so rude. I was very upset. I thank her she said nothing back . Just rude . I have worked in customer service for over 38 years and there was more than 10 different ways and things she could have said to us. The rest of the staff was great as always. However being treated like this will definitely way on my decision when choosing our stay in the future.
