Older Springs Vibe, Family Friendly

We were disappointed there were no outdoor springs but the indoor were fine. Rooms were spacious and large outdoor balcony (with outdoor hottub instructions remaining on the wall which they didnt feel the need to remove lol.) A bit older, more run down in areas with things peeling off the walls but an affordable fun experience for my young kids. We enjoyed the cornhole outside. We wish there was more of a quickservice kid-friendly food option open after 1 (when the cafe closed,) but understand as it wasn't very busy. Staff all very friendly.

Should be earlier check in if you’re not that busy there. Water infused cucumber or lemon around the hotel and pool would have been nice. I didn’t like over looking the parking lot for our marriage 21st Anniversary stay. Our chicken strips were burnt. The laws should be mowed by pool.

Restaurant was very good. Did not clean or stock supplies in our room for a 3 night stay. The staff was nice but could not recommend any restaurants or hikes in the area. Mineral pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge very relaxing.

Nice property - not far from Portland metro area. Friendly staff. Clean & quiet. Outdoor pool not in service however indoor pool, hot-tub & sauna in service. Attempted dinner however limited staff caused us to not wait arround. Did have a great breakfast the next morning in the dining room!

AC and hot water didn’t work

First night the AC didn’t work so had to be moved later to another room. The next day we didn’t have hot water, that night no AC again and had to sleep in a hot room. They did upgrade us but at this point I was over it and not happy.

Only thing good about this place was the employees and their great friendly customer service. Everything was overpriced and there was cobwebs on the vents and nothing seemed to be dusted for a while in the rooms. Dead bugs in the indoor pool and their only ice machine was leaking and we were unable to get ice for our over priced drinks. Not a very good experience at all. Probably will not be going back.

The hotel is beautiful, and the area is amazing with lots to see and do. unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for refurbishment so we could not enjoy and honestly i think that would have made our trip better. the indoor pool area is great and beautiful but in summer heat the last thing we wanted to do was go in a giant steam room of a pool. Also the adults only hours werent followed while we were there. Overall i think this hotel has great potential but i can clearly see that the management is lacking. employees spread too thin or just not able to handle the few guests that they did have. The bar and restaurant were okay, nice to hage on property but wait times were long, food was not great but priced okay so that made up for it. very friendly service, but i could tell they needed to hire more people and get the place going!

I have seen mixed reviews for this property since the reopening. It might not have been the cleanest but it feels like they are in the process of making it better. The outside grounds were beautiful. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. It was so quiet there that we slept in longer than we have in a long time. I will definitely come back soon

There is so much potential for this hotel due to its beautiful setting and beautiful lodge great room and indoor pool room. The price was right for when I stayed as it is under going a lot of maintenance and construction. Positives were the front desk and spa employees as friendly and attentive. An amazing massage by Alison.

More attention and resources need to be placed into this resort and could rival Skamania Lodge at a better price and location. Skamania is not worth the exorbitant prices they charge but Bonneville needs to invest a little more that will go a long way.
