Awful experience. Rooms were musky and smell like mold. Ceiling were wet. Service to escorted to the rooms, no elevator. We carried our bags to the 3rd floor with no help or offer for assistance. Thwy said this was VIP treatment. Rooms were old dated and nothing as described. We immediately checkout. Guest attended advise we have to seek expedia for refund. Expedia in return responded say refund not authorized by hotel. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

I was traveling on July 15 and the only good thing that this hotel has are the super attentive and very friendly employees, we had to ask them to change our room because the one we had was horrible, the air didn't work, the musty smell was too strong, the floor was all full of water, the walls liquefying water, the bathroom had never been washed it, apparently since the hotel opened, and the towels and sheets, don't even say horrible, the super disappointed cleanliness was not what we expected, I got carried away by comments that I saw from the photos and in reality, when you arrive, it's the opposite of what we imagine, it's a place that doesn't matter to them, and they don't care and the food wasn't the best and went to few-star hotels and it has much more cleanliness, it's something for, it's something you's paying and it's to feel comfortable Not unpleasant for me it is a place that I do not recommend I got carried away by the comments and everything was the opposite and we were not the only ones who were disappointed the first night they didn't even let me in simply because I was in a short suit which they do not have a dress code and I was not the only person who did not let in total disappointment with the facilities all included and I had to go out to get food and drink never because even the sodas had a bad smell just like desserts.

The food was terrible, and I was overcharged during my stay which I am disputing with my credit card company. I was also charged an additional $200 for Room Service with my bank ultimately showing a charge of $248 which I’m also disputing. The room service was advertised as being available 24/7, but no one answered the phone. On my second day, after trying for approximately an hour and a half, someone finally answered. There was no menu available, so I asked what they offered for breakfast. I was told they had a Dominican breakfast and an American breakfast, so I requested both. The Dominican breakfast came with small sausages instead of salami, Swiss cheese instead of queso frito, and no eggs. The American breakfast consisted of very hard wheat bread, slices of ham, and cheese. This was extremely disappointing, especially for an all-inclusive resort. I spent approximately 45 minutes speaking with the General Manager, who insisted on “reversing my experience” and claimed that I was the first guest to complain. However, I was in Puerto Plata for an event, and many of the other guests stayed at this hotel as well. They also expressed dissatisfaction with the food and service. I requested a refund for the $200 room service charge because the service was not provided as advertised, but my request was ignored. Overall, the food, service, billing issues, and the way my concerns were handled were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y bien cuidado, no nos queríamos ir. Nikki, es super atenta y pendiente de cada detalle. Altamente recomendado para visitar en familia o pareja. Sin duda volveré.
