Our stay at the Green One Hotel in Playa Dorada was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch and incredibly relaxing.We booked a two-bedroom suite and were hit with the best shocker upon arrival. I was really concerned that we wouldn't have enough privacy or that we would be stuck sharing a bathroom. Instead, the apartment features two full bathrooms—literally one private bathroom inside each bedroom! It made our stay so much smoother. On top of that, we were in awe of the phenomenal balcony that runs all the way across the entire apartment.The entire staff deserves recognition. Every single employee we encountered was polite, courteous, and genuinely cordial. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.The property itself is pristine. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and spotless. We also felt very safe and secure during our stay, which allowed us to completely unwind.If you are looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway with excellent service, this hotel is a perfect choice. We will definitely be back!

Room was dirty sink broken staff was rude

Awful experience. Rooms were musky and smell like mold. Ceiling were wet. Service to escorted to the rooms, no elevator. We carried our bags to the 3rd floor with no help or offer for assistance. Thwy said this was VIP treatment. Rooms were old dated and nothing as described. We immediately checkout. Guest attended advise we have to seek expedia for refund. Expedia in return responded say refund not authorized by hotel. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

Mi experiencia no fue tan buena esperaba algo mejor el primer día no había comida y el segundo día tuve que hacer una fila extremadamente grande para comer todo queda lejos hay la espera algo mejor, no me gustó

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
