Our room was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. I’d say they only thing that I didn’t like was that housekeeping didn’t come in the give us clean towels/make beds for our second night. I was surprised by this. I know they don’t want to wash towels everyday for environmental reasons but even to replace some would have been nice. Anyway, it was a great stay and we’d come back.

The staff at this property made the stay. We stayed with our dog for one night in between day hikes in the white mountains. The interior is nice and very clean, However the floors/ceilings are not well insulated and we heard people walking around above us all night. That being said, the Manager, Kim, was excellent and very apologetic and did all she could to make it right. She clearly cared about the guest experience and she was wonderful. My only other comment is that we travel with our dog regularly and this is the first time I’d seen a hotel where people did not clean up after their pets and there was a lot of dog poop in the parking lot to the side of the building. I would recommend better exterior maintenance. While I realize this is a guest responsibility it did not appear anyone was ensuring this was done. We always make sure everything, including snow and grass are left as if our pet was never there.

The hote is pretty new, rooms are clean, location is really nice. Lots of seating in lobby, staff is definitely friendly. The place is nice but always could do better and would need some improvement. Moat of the hotels i have stayed at have coffee and tea in lobby this hotel could do the same, they do have a lot of space and coffee tea table would make it even better. Breakfast is bot included but there is breakfast for price adults and kids and that would be ok if the options that are offered are better, but if people are paying for buffet they shluld have more and better options.Other then that place is nice, clean.

The North Conway Cambria was unexpectedly great. The hotel is new and you feel the newness throughout the hotel. The hotel is inviting and warm. Great for families as the rooms are a good size. Would most definitely recommend and will stay again. Only down side of the hotel is the lack of staff. The staff that is available are extremely friendly, and doing the best they can. There were several times we felt that the staff was short — for example one person managing all the tables and breakfast buffet in the mornings.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very conveniently located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only critique was the shower water pressure, there was barely any. Showering with a little trickle of water was very annoying.

fter seeing pictures online, my boyfriend and I booked a room here while we were visiting various ski mountains in the area. We have nothing but good things to say; the staff (especially Ellen at the front desk) were friendly, both the room and hotel were clean, and the location is great! It was an easy drive to Attitash and Wildcat, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Good stay for the price. Stayed on ground floor and the people above were a bit loud one night but that is no fault of the hotels. Just maybe a good reminder for people to try to be a bit quieter on upper levels! Otherwise excellent stay, comfortable beds and good location for dinning and skiing!
