Anniversary Getaway

This place was close to many things we'd hoped. We were able to walk to have our supper just across the road. The room was so disappointing especially after experiencing a newly renovated room just 2 years ago at this place. This time we had a room that was carpeted and it smelled bad. The bathroom was so small and hard to maneuver around. There was dirt and hair on the floor. There was popcorn and chocolate under the pullout bed. There wasn't any stove to cook on and no dishes or utensils so we couldn't cook the food we had brought. So different from our last stay. Disappointing for sure. The arcade was Disappointing as many of the games were out of order. Finally, the Canadian flag was rolled up and pinned down but the rest were hanging. Didn't make us feel welcome. The facilities guy apologized for that but said they were told not to hang it.

Gorgeous little town with tons of shops and outdoor things to do nearby. Property is dated. Bed hurt my back. Fold out bed was abysmal. Air conditioner could not keep the humidity out of the room unless it was set to 64 degrees and even then it was still a tad moist in the room. At a normal temp the furniture and furnishings were literally damp to the touch. Room was clean-ish, but probably hadn't had a real, deep cleaning in a decade. Staff was friendly enough. Wouldn't stay again as I couldn't wait to leave.

We were skeptical at first from some of the photos, but we made a great choice. Pros: The room was beautiful, comfy and spacious (not every room is modern/updated but thankfully we got one that is) Great location, minutes from shops, restaurants, Conway railroad, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially housekeeping) Cons: The pool area can definitely use an upgrade and unfortunately the hot tub was not working Overall, we had a great trip!

Property is within walking distance to the center of North Conway which makes it close to all the little shops and local restaurants. It has a nice pool and tub, small gym and little game room plus a little play area outside for small children to slide and play in. I would stay here again. Good value for your money

Property was nice they need to update the rooms cuz the room because of the AC don't know if they didn't put in a new carpet you get a strong mildew smell but the room was clean but I think it's because of the AC they have new units in there and I think it's old carpeting or something cuz it smells like mildew and when they started redoing the rooms you got the TV off center like when you're laying in bed to watch TV it's not in front of the bed it's off to the left and it's not one of the flat screens that you can pull out and move

Limited help, the room we got was just okay for cleanliness. Hairs left in tub and dirty corners. The beds were clean but uncomfortable and the air conditioner made so much noise. The pool was dark and needed repairs.
