The room looked nothing like the pictures online. Very dated, shower drain did not work and ended up standing in ankle height water. Stayed 3 nights and did not get maid service once! No beds made , trash emptied, or clean towels. Pool area had tiles open or missing from ceiling and the hot tub was out of service. Again nothing like the pictures

A big “Thank you” to Anna at the evening front desk. She was super friendly and helpful! We needed to do some laundry and she gave us instructions & change. She also showed me the free coffee available in the front lobby, and we had a nice conversation. Made us feel ver6 comfortable. Our room was very nice and cozy and the location was perfect for going downtown to the shops or riding the train. Felt very safe walking around the area.

I come here all the time. The beds in this unit were awful. I tried both of them. One bed felt like it was caving in and the other way just horrible. Couldn’t sleep well at all.

The suites are nice and large. Everything was comfortable and clean. The Roku TV gave access to many streaming services. Location was very convenient with several good restaurants within walking distance.

Spent a quick 2 nights here...stayed in a king suite room...the bed was very comfortable, the couch in the living room was very low, which made it difficult to stand up. . Great tvs all with a fireplace! Definitely would stay again...

Parking lot was very safe . Certain kids running a muck sometimes very loud especially after 8pm . Wish we could've used the air conditioner but didnt because it had some mold & mildew to it which caused a breathing issues for both of us.
