Floor torn up in the room, fan in bathroom didn’t work, 2 stained cigarette burns at the edges of the sink. The toilet seat was loose and crooked. I don’t think the bathroom floor was ever cleaned in the corners. Very dark in the room, 1 small light on an end table. The door looked like it was broken in to. A sheet for a comforter? The price was right and now I know why!

Jacuzzi at the pool was cold. Tv in room didnt work, so they moved us to a different room, then in that room there were red stains on the sheets, and the final room we ended up staying in; the bed had massive squeaks. The key cards continuously wouldnt work, so we had to get them reissued atleast 15 times; Not to mention there was dog crack outside of our bedroom window all over the place, and trash everywhere. We took pictures of all of this. Its unfortunate because the staff is nice and we did like the location.

The pool had so many chemicals in it you could smell it from the opposite end of the hotel. Once you got in the pool room it was so intense it burnt your eyes. After swimming for about 20 minutes All 4 of the teenagers I brought for my daughters sweet 16 began feeling extremely itchy so we got out and went up our room. They showered and they all broke out in rashes that didn’t go away for about 3-4 days.

Green Granite - March 2025 -Would def stay again!

Overall, very good 8/10 experience at Green Granite Inn. Pros: Free breakfast, indoor pool with hot tub, comfortable bedding, friendly service staff, and a big foyer that looks 5* on interior decor with a real wood-burning fire place. Great price for location right next to Settler's Green outlet shops. Cons: The room was clean but did have a subtle smell (smokey/musty). The hot tub was warm vs. hot, but I've noticed this at several other hotels as they likely look to be more eco-friendly, economical, and safe. Tip: If you plan to use the pool, ask at check-in for a room near it so you can walk indoors (vs. walk outdoors).

Good location,....but the grounds and building were wind blown sand ,ownership doesnt look like anybody cares.beds and bedding sucked but at 50$ per night you get what you pay for.too bad could be a nice cheap alternative.

I rented a room for two nights and due to work related issue i called and said i would not make first night but will arrive at noon the next day. I arrived at 1 and they said i had to wait for a room to be available. they rented my room and also charged me for the night i missed. very un professional

Very well priced and you pretty much get what you pay for and a bit more. The included hot breakfast was great with eggs, potato, and sausage plus more continental options. The lobby is very nice. Service from every employee was great and friendly. The rooms are in need of some love though. Beds were okay but not the best. Bathroom was clean but a very loud bathroom fan. Rooms really just need a little renovation to be much better. Paint / plaster / etc. Could not get WiFi to work at all. For the price you pay, it’s all acceptable I’d say. I would stay here again as a budget option.
