Outdated. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. Lots of sand/salt on the floor when first walking in. There was still crushed chips on the carpet near the bed and and old sock laying on the side of bed by the window. The trash barrel outside the room was over flowing for the whole time we stayed. And no house keeping checked to see if anything was needed.

The mattress needs to be replaced!! It was so soft. Like it didnt have a side, like frame. Fan in bathroom didnt work. Not enough lighting. Door out back of room very drafty. Fix this and save more on heat or AC. Would like laundry bag. Front desk lady nice, informative. Pool was just ok.

First of all they were, Budweiser left in the closet from a Ragerthe night before. The beds were all stained, and the stains were red. The queen bed had stains on it on the seam of the mattress on both the outer cover in the inner cover. The rest of the room wasn’t clean. The halls are nasty. It should’ve been a clue when I pulled up and a car battery was left out in the parking lot. But in the hallways are hydraulic jacks laying around, it’s in horrible shape.

staff was nice, but the room was absolutely terrible. not clean at all. sheets were clean, though a day after staying, have little dots around ankles..... the light was out over the sink, a man's hand print in the bathroom & looked like mold on the celling in bathroom. had a funky smell in hallway. the pictures were not at all how this place looked, i should have read the reviews before staying there.

The room was dirty, dark, and uncared for. Needed updating, paint was chipped, flooring cracked, bathroom door wouldnt close, fan broken. No coffee maker. I could go on and on. Only positive was the staff was nice.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was huge but not clean. There was dust on a lot of the furniture and the floors weren’t clean. The table is broke so we couldn’t lean on it with drinks. The couch was hard to lay on because the cushions were so worn you could feel the bars from sofa bed.

Nice stay at the Green Granite. Super close to all the action.The hot tub was perfect after a day of sub zero shredding the gnar. The toilet was fierce! It could easily eliminate an entire loaf of bologna. After the flush, it made a mega thump as if to open a portal to another dimension. Emily checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. She also tended a mean fire in the lobby!

Overall, this stay was okay, with some positives and a few things that didn’t match the price. The staff was very friendly, and the location is excellent — right next to Settlers Green outlets and close to plenty of restaurants, which made everything really convenient. The room was spacious, and while it was clearly dated, it was reasonably clean. That said, it wasn’t spotless — there were stains on the sheets, which definitely took away from the comfort level. The lobby was actually my favorite part of the hotel. Sitting by the fireplace late at night with a drink was a great atmosphere. The pool area was fun, especially if you have kids, and the free breakfast was about what you’d expect — similar to most standard hotel continental breakfasts. My biggest issue was the price. I paid $175 for two queen beds on a Saturday night in January, and for that rate, I expected better overall condition and cleanliness. There are other hotels in the $75–$125 range with similar amenities that feel like a better value.

We have stayed here many times before. I prefer the rooms with an outside facing door, this time we were in between the lobby and breakfast which was loud in the morning. Rooms could use updating, lighting was very dark even with all of the lamps on.

Staff and customer service are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms overall are decent for the price the place charges to stay. This visit from previous ones seems house keeping is not very detailed. Lots of dust and dirt in corners, around toilet/bowl did not looked to be cleaned in some time. Bathroom floor was not mopped and looked to have just a quick tidy up and not a full clean. The shower felt like using a shower at a camp ground.

The staff were amazing and helpful. There is a beautiful lobby with a huge fireplace and plenty of space for guests to sit and chat, play a game, or just vibe after a day of skiing. Super relaxing. Nice full breakfast with plenty of options. Perfect location near everything. I'm glad we discovered it. Highly recommend!
