disappointment for a family trip
I booked this hotel for a family trip, as our kids love waterparks. It is a huge disappointment. The water park staff is rude. There is no soft pad in the water pool, and my kid landed on her heels hard on the concrete when she glided down. The lukewarm hot tub is for adults over 18 years old only, which is strictly reinforced by the waterpark staff. We went to the nearby Kahuna Laguna Indoor Water Park instead.

The place is nice, the only problem is that they don't clean the rooms every day as I was expecting . The beds are very uncomfortable, my back hurts now and the people who went there with me told me the same thing about their back. The sofa beds also need some attention. On the other hand , the water park is really good for the kids . Finally , the breakfast was really good .

We've been staying here for years, and it's always been fine, but this time we really noticed things are looking worn, and there were real issues with how clean the room was, including a partially used bar of soap in the shower and a mattress pad with a large stain that looked like blood.

The hotel staff was great, but also everything in their little shop was expired. Really disappointing, the sheets had a musty itchy smell and never once saw room service. But other than that fantastic hotel

The cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. It was room #120. There are stains all over the carpet and the bathroom smelled like urine. Also, our cards to our room kept malfunctioning for whatever reason.

This was our 3rd stay since September 2023. Excellent, comfortable, convenient hotel. What stands out is the staff! Front desk and restaurant staff specifically. Well Managed by a fine young man named Tim who has been there x7 years... We look forwarded to returning hopefully in February...

I was disappointed in the quality of service at this location. Our heat/air unit in room wasn’t working properly. Fan would run but the unit itself never kicked on. Noticed this upon arrival. Called front desk. The 2 ladies checking people in came up. They realized wall thermostat was broken but told me you can control the temp from the unit. I was told to give it time to cool the room down. I knew that wasn’t going to happen and It never did. I knew they were booked full so I didn’t ask to be moved. They didn’t offer to move me or provide a fan. I was so disappointed in the customer service here and the lack of professionalism. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns. I expected more from the property than what I received. They did have adequate, safe parking. It was a convenient location to our attractions we were visiting in the area.
