Staff were not very informative. They didn't know anything about the hotel they were working in. Also when booking the one bedroom suite the photos are very deceiving as it looked there was a separate bedroom with a door however there was not. Amenities were not great and the pool sucked

Beautiful new property. Could tell they needed staff, maybe short staffed. A plate of food sat in the hallway 4th floor- for 2-3 days? Rooms were pretty clean, but needed a good vacuum, and the vents on the AC were filthy! Hotel may need a more thorough cleaning.

I booked another hotel online ahead of travel, that was down the street from your location and drove to it- didn’t get out of my car. Booked your hotel. “Just stick with the best!!!!” On business with the railroad that travels behind your hotel location. Excellent service and room up to date and convenient. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I found long hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat cover, and there was a visible dirty stain on the side of the toilet. This gave the impression that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay.
