The North Conway Grand Hotel is a lovely property with welcoming service and an overall enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub area left something to be desired during our stay. The water in both had a noticeable amount of debris, and at no point did we observe any cleaning or maintenance being done. In addition, the hot tub temperature fluctuated significantly—at times it was barely warm, which was disappointing. With some attention to pool and hot tub upkeep, this hotel could easily elevate the guest experience to match its otherwise strong offerings.

For the money that you pay at this hotel, the mattress should be comfortable. When I pulled back the sheets, the bed had stains on it. The mattress was old and outdated. It was so uncomfortable. The pool outside was awesome! very warm and definitely helped the pain I was having in my back from the bed. I would not stay at this hotel again. I’ve been coming for years, but they gotta do something with the mattresses! not OK for the money I paid at all.

The property is very nice and has quite a few amenities with an indoor and outdoor pool, a workout area, an outdoor playground and a pickle ball court. These amenities do not come free, however, and you have to pay slightly more than $23 per day per room as a resort fee. The hotel does have a good location in the town of North Conway and if there is a rainy day, it is right next to an outlet shopping mall area, which is quite extensive.
