Decent place to stay when things are working.
Great little hotel (when all the amenities that they advertise are open and working.) to note about that, the indoor pool and Hot Tub were completely closed on a Tuesday night, I booked the hotel FOR the indoor pool and hot tub. It was my gf’s bday. The outdoor pool and hot tub although was heated the hot tub was like taking a warm bath in 20 degree weather and the pool was no where near heated. Thankfully I was smart enough to book the room with a hot tub in the room and salvage her birthday trip. We drove 2 1/2 hours out to Conway for a get away. Might be finding a different hotel option next trip out.

The hotel was nice for kids, but restaurant should offer more options and include a hot breakfast, also should have staff in the pool are, kids jumping and diving even when it says no jumping, parents didn’t care, children in the hot tub

Checked into North Conway Grand Hotel and instantly felt at home! 🍪🍎 We were greeted with warm apple cider, cookies, and hot cocoa—a perfect cozy welcome. The kids loved the arcade, and the pool was a great spot to unwind after our drive in from Boston. With 200 DVDs available to rent, we enjoyed a nostalgic movie night! 🎥 And just around the corner, Big Dave’s Bagels and Deli featured in Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, served up the best bagels to start our morning right for the scenic Kancamagus Highway.

I love staying here . I stay here every time I come to North Conway. The only thing I would change is that the indoor hot tub was very cold. And I had no rinse cups in the room for brushing my teeth. Other than that, this place is amazing. Top of the line hotel. Beautifully kept and we had a great time as always.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Gand Hotel. The service was amazing and the room and the hotel was very clean. Kids also enjoyed the pool inside and outside. Yes my kids went swimming outside in November in the heated pool! We are looking forward to do it again.
