Rate this property 15/10! Via email I asked if a late check-in would be possible as the desk closes at 9pm. They couldn't have been more accommodating. We ended up not needing it. When we arrived we were greeted by Annie. What an asset she is! So helpful, so nice. Our room was going to be on 2nd floor. We asked if it was possible to change to 1st floor. She said oh i have a great room on 1st floor with great view. She inquired about housekeeping as its only on request. We said no thats fine but could we get extra towels? She handed us 2 more sets & then offered to carry them to the room! She was wonderful! I have no complaints but a couple of suggestions: The shower head is terrible lol. Replacing it with a head with more flow options would be geat. A hook on the bathroom door would be great. Theres no place to hang your bathrobe. As i have back issues & have trouble sleeping in a regular bed, more comfortable chairs in the room would be helpful. Again these are recommendations & not complaints! Will 100% stay there again!!!!

The staff is so nice and accommodating. The room itself is small, clean, and has a great view. I recommend a second floor room. There’s a balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunset.

If you’re looking to unplug and truly relax, this charming little hotel is an absolute gem. While it may not offer the high-end amenities of a large resort, it more than makes up for it with its stunning natural surroundings, warm hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere. The views alone are worth the stay — rolling hills, open skies, and a sense of quiet that’s hard to find these days. Every morning felt like waking up in a painting. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy, with just the right touches to make you feel at home. The staff are friendly and genuine, always ready with a smile or a recommendation for a walk or local bite to eat. It’s clear they care about their guests and the land around them. There’s a real sense of authenticity here — nothing feels forced or commercial. If you’re after a quiet retreat to reconnect with nature, breathe fresh air, and slow down for a while, this is the place. Bring a book, your walking shoes, and an appreciation for the simple beauty of the countryside. We left feeling refreshed!

Although I was looking for a reasonable place in Conway for the Revel White Mountain Marathon, I was super nervous to stay at a non-chain "motel" style place by myself. The views were gorgeous - even got a selfie with Lobby Bogey himself! This was a great value and the desk agent was super helpful and kind. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you!

Great views and helpful staff, though a bit dated

Wonderful service and views though the rooms could use an update. I was there for a marathon and requested a late checkout, which the property was happy to agree to. Later asked for that to be extended since a hotel a friend was staying at wouldn't do it for them and they were happy to extend us again. Also got great local restaurant suggestions!

Easy and quick check in, VIP benefits are nice. Man at the front desk is very friendly. Rooms are dark inside, the balcony is nice, once you step out and look around there is a lot of trash around.

Stayed 1 night as it was close to Pinkham Notch and my buddy and I were hiking Tuckermans Ravine. The room was perfect for our trip and wish I was staying another night to relax after the exhausting day. Was arriving late coming into town and Allen was exceptionally accommodating and left my room for me even though it was after hours. Was out early the next morning but would love to return!

Was a good pruced quick place to rest your head for a last minute end of season ski day at attitash. Only complaint was the TV and the use of Roku. Dont have an account or directTV anu more so couldnt sign in.
