Made reservation that had a 48 hour cancellation. Saw horrible reviews online that the locks are broken, the place was crawling with bedbugs and homeless people sleep in the hallways. I called 22 hours after making reservation and cancelled and they will not refund my money. Called the hotel and hotels.com and told to numerous people, who blamed it on each other as to why I cannot be refunded. Talked to a supervisor at hotels.com who said he try to get me a refund and get back to me within 2-24 hours but 48 hours later, I still have not heard back from the supervisor and he has not answered my emails. A few people who I spoke with also booked a room there and ended up leaving because it was unsafe and gross and booked another room down the street. I will never use hotels.com again or a Quality Inn.

the room was dirty, with a very bad and strong smell. I wouldn't stay there again. the price was much more expensive than other places, so I expected a better place.

Smelly room.
This hotel is older and could use some updates. The room we had smelled VERY strongly of stale smoke, and the shower/water pressure was terrible. Besides that, not a terrible place.

Our room was clean and spacious, the same with the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The room also had a microwave and mini fridge which we found very convenient. The continental breakfast offered the basics, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. but was very good. We did not use the pool or check it out, so I cannot give it an honest review. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay there again.
