Very comfortable stay

Nice breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Courteous, friendly staff. Shower is new but could have used shelving, soap holder.

The room was absolutely terrible. Had to fight to get the TV on half the channels were fuzzy no remote for the TV and could not adjust the temperature in the room call the day before to see if an early check-in was available was told yes got there and was told no overall experience not pleasant

The only thing we like is location, but the building is very old, need a lot updates , bath room, they doesn’t have housekeeping , you need to take the trash out and the dirty towels , and go front desk for asking for fresh tower. Food( breakfast is the same every day. The pool need Clorox and is cold water. We need to ask for towel too. Need be painting and more updating.

Room has all the expected amenities ,linen+towels are fresh/clean .Reasonable variety for breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful.For the price-I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location. The lobby is redone and all the staff members were kind and friendly. Our room was on the first floor and the bathroom smelled of stale urine because a toilet from the second floor had been leaking through the ceiling, probably for a few years. Our sheets had stains on them and so did the curtains. The one plus- the bed was super comfy!

Mold all over the bathroom shower and ceiling and the bottom 6 inches of the white shower curtain was pink from bacteria and spits of mold. A little bleach would clean that easily. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Very outdated hotel with a need for upgrades of both the room and hotel as a whole. This is the second time trying Quality Inn and have not been impressed. I feel quality is in name only. The room was beat up and very old looking and with some places looking dirty and need of a good clean and the bathroom needed to have some work and replacing done. Will not be booking another room at this brand of hotels again in the future unfortunately.
