The room was clean, the bathroom had a taped access panel.for the jetted tub that had been over tapped too many times and mildewy, the jets looked dirty, the shower head sprayed everywhere except on your head, hard to rinse shampoo and soap off. The bathroom sink fixture was extremely loose, hole in the bathroom wall and very shoddy carpentry. No bedside lamps or lighting to read by. King bed was old and after staying for two nights not comfortable, outside of our building had construction debris hanging around, obviously remted out some rooms for.longer stays and they had bottles outside. I would not stay here again. The staff was very nice.

Disappointed

Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good, front desk helpful. BUT - carpet was filthy from the entrance all across our room, the chair by the desk was broken. I had to ask the front desk about a hair dryer because I could not open the cabinet below the sink to find it. This was not the quality of a Best Western.

For a supposed renovated property, it's gross

Bath tub had a piece held together by a piece of tape (obvious it's been there a whilte) Bathroom faucet wasn't attached to the base, so would come off when trying to us Large hole in the drywall behind the door Bathroom floor was dirty Bathtub was dirty

The deck outside our room was nice but no chairs to sit and enjoy it i didn't get the room i reserved got a room i didn't want and paid alot more money for the room i didn't want room was not that clean hair in the shower used toilet paper behind the toilet webs and dirty floor i don't forsee us going back

There was no breakfast as advertised on the website and based on others reviews. I went down and asked the front desk and she said”we don’t have breakfast, but I can throw something in the microwave for you”, I obviously declined and was super disappointed because it states that it’s a full breakfast. Also, there were several guests smoking cigarettes outside the door and inside their room, that is all you smelled the entire time. The pool is a joke too. I recommend staying elsewhere.

Our stay was good. It looks like they are trying to update a lot of things. And a lot still needs to be done. But beds were comfy, pool/hot tub was great, and the staff were very friendly. We plan on staying again in the future.

Bad first impression. We were checked in and then the front desk person checked to see if our room was ready. It was not. They then asked us to give them an extra 30 minutes to complete the clean. Just started off kind of bad, but we had no problems there.
