Room 115 Tub Sprays Entire Room
The person at the desk was very nice. I arrived at 10pm she checked me into my room very quickly. I get into the room and start to fill the hot tub and then it sprayed water everywhere. The whole room was wet. I was soaked and the bed and my luggage was wet. The front desk person was very nice and checked me into another room. I get in there and the tv didnt work the cord for the plug was mising and it was there last room. Check in took over an hour.

The room was ice cold and although l was given a spacer heater the last night it was unacceptable to not have the proper accommodation for the guest. I read the reviews here before booking and most of them are true. My advice if you are considering this place is DON'T DO IT go somewhere else. I couldn't wait to leave😬

I didnt feel safe. Person who signned me in wad kind of rude. Outsidexlioked horrible. Hiwever my room seemed clean. No blanket pillows sucked. Most complaint did not feel safe. At all.

We check in only to find out the rooms were gross. The smell was so bad we left immediately and went elsewhere. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or descriptions you gave us. We would like our money back.

Do not recommend
First i drove 11hrs to get there. Then i had to wait for the woman to come and check me in. The air conditioners and ice machine were so loud, i couldnt hear her and she had a thick accent so it was hard to understand her. There was no wifi and when i mentioned it to her, it didnt get fixed. I didnt feel safe so i actually checked out and left a day early. It was expensive for how run down this place was.

I had pre-booked and prepaid for the hotel, but when I arrived, there were no rooms available, and I didn't get a refund. They tried for two hours to contact Expedia without success. Never again with expedia!!! The service at Capri Hotel was terrible. Despite making a room reservation and paying for it, there was no room available. I had to spend hours at night searching for a room because all the hotels were fully booked. All attempts to contact Expedia were unsuccessful, and I still haven't received a refund for the room payment.

I booked one King room with a fridge. But there was no fridge in our room, No telephone, no alarm clock and some hangers for clothes. Only one bed, TV and side tables with two mosquitoes and roaches. Hotel asked me way higher price than what hotels.com showed. Then they gave me a King room without fridge. Also, a half of the hotel has been under renovation or closed. At 1:00 am, Sat, July 6, 2024, a woman covered with gray hood and clothes was sobbing and arguing with a guy sitting in a car at the parking lot for hours. I wish someone should contact the police. But it did not happen. We were wondering the human trafficking going on here at this motel. Upon checked out, other hotel guest told me that he killed 7 roaches over night. Horrible hotel. No coffee, no breakfast, no business computer, but a bed and TV.

Overall it was a basic room, fridge and ac worked great, the room looked like it was recently renovated. Our only major issue was someone knocking on our room door at 4am, without a peephole or window near the door we didn’t bother getting up to see what it was about.
