The carpet was sticky and dirty. In the morning I showered and had to wear my shoes in the room in order to keep my feet clean. In addition, I had no wash clothes for the shower. Unusable tv, i.e. no instructions, tv was loud and remote had no volume control just mute, no indication of what channel was showing or what channels were available or the ability to move channel up or down without the useless on screen guide. Who ever heard of channels 31.1, 31.2, etc…useless! So much money was spent decorating room with high tech gadgets. For a one night stay, I had a fridge, a safe, a lighted/anti-fog mirror in bathroom and a large, completely useless tv. At least there was a usable coffee maker…only after I washed it and ran 2 pots of water through it to clean it out and sterilize it.

Was disapointed that breakfast isn't served until 7:30 AM. This was a business trip and had to be on the road by 6:30AM. Don't advertise a free breakfast and no hours of serving it.
