Worst experience ever

The hotel was undergoing renovations and was filthy, the construction crews were loitering in hallways throughout the stay. Our room was never cleaned, we received two towels for four people. When we asked for more, the night desk clerk scolded me. There was no rollaway bed for our youngest kiddo. As far as the cleaning goes, our room was never cleaned - no trash emptied, towels refreshed, or beds made. After two days of complaining, we finally got moved to a clean room and the situation repeated itself - no cleaning occurred. When I complained again, I was told that housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms for guests, they only do switchovers. It seemed wrong. Many things in the room were broken - about half the plugs, the fan in the bathroom, and many spots on the walls and ceiling. We were approached by two guys in the hallway offering a good time with their girl down the hall. One of the guys let us know he runs girls out of the hotel all the time and they turn rooms at night for him. In all, I’m incredibly disgusted we stayed there as a family. It was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

We stayed 2 nights and when we came in after they made the bed, they took away our towels & but only gave us bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. I had to go to the desk and ask for them. The breakfast was good. Thanks!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a courteous front desk clerk, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. Pros: I felt safe throughout my stay. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room included a mini fridge and microwave, an iron, a safe for your personal items, which was convenient. Cons: 
It appears the property may be undergoing renovations, as plastic covered the hallway floor. Unfortunately, the room itself felt unclean and gave off an unpleasant vibe. The walls were scuffed and in need of fresh paint, the smoke detector was hanging with exposed wires, there were small black flies buzzing around, and cobwebs were present, an indication that the critter-builder was nigh. Oh, let’s not forget breakfast, it was meh. Would I stay here again? No
