I called on the way, while traveling to the wesf coast from the east coast. They answered my call and set up the reservation very professionally. I felt comfortable staying there and the staff was very hospitable. The rooms and the beds were clean and the breakfast was very good

I received a text when the room was ready. Check in was a breeze. The staff was marvelous, very kind and friendly and accommodating. I was there for surgery and they allowed my husband to do a late check-out so he could wait for me to be finished. I couldn't eat due to surgery, but my husband did. Only suggestion I would have would be some meat options other than pork for those who follow a kosher diet. He did box me up a plate to eat when I was able to. And even cold the hash browns and scrambled eggs and biscuit were delicious. My Dr did not inform me I could have gotten a discount rate due to being a hospital patient. So if you're there for medical reasons ask about a discount rate. The only problem we had was noise. The doors close very loudly so you could hear when people went in and out of their rooms. Other than that I highly recommend and would stay again. 9 out of 10

Room was clean. Bed was soft with plenty of pillows. Heater worked. Breakfast was delicious and staff was attentive. Coffee was good but the hot chocolate was excellent. Notified service desk about the shower head needing some CLR for the calcium buildup. Plenty of hot water and clean towels.
