The first room i reserved was a double queen, the lock was broken in the door so they switched us to a different room, the put us in a double full size, when i asked about the price difference they were argumentative and very rude. They told me that they only have queen and king sized beds, which isnt true according to their website. The bathroom was absolutely filthy with soap scum and greyish/ black stains in the bath tub, the soaps were not stocked. The only thing that i actually liked at this location was their breakfast. When i was trying to rectify the situation the lady at the front desk accused me of being some one who is trying to scam the company and get a free room, all i wanted was an apology, which i stated, and never recieved. I will never stay here again. Everything in my opinion was subpar. From the room to the staff it was just a horrible experience.

The concierge was SUPER rude and unhelpful. I had to wander the first floor because no direction was given to my room. I came later to ask about getting a receipt. She said I would get one upon check out. WHY. Just print out a receipt for me…I’ve already paid…Won’t ever stay here again, especially with so many new properties about.
