Breakfast food was running out & they would not refill it for guests. They were putting food away before the scheduled time. We needed a vacuum & were told they didnt have one. Our a/c went out & wasnt fixed for 4 hours in sweltering heat, with a baby. The gym & hot tub were in close proximity & we couldnt use them because the chlorene in the hot tub was so strong it burned our eyes. We would not stay here again.

This place is very disappointing! It is in serious need of repair. The pictures are very misleading. We were put on the second floor without the king bed I reserved and there is no elevator. It used to be a nice place..... 20 years ago. Not at all anymore.
