We checked in into our room and the TV didn’t work. So they moved us to a different room that TV wouldn’t even turn on. They then lied and said it was the Internet. I can’t imagine how the Internet would make a TV not turn. The hallway was 1000° and smelled like urine. The sink was broke, there were bugs, and the continental breakfast was disgusting. When we brought up the TV issue to the staff for a second time, they told us we’d have to call the general manager for a refund or speak to him in the morning. Lord and behold, he wasn’t there in the morning either told us it wasn’t their problem to deal with and to get a hold of a general manager he may be in tomorrow. Needless to say this isn’t a hotel I wouldn’t recommend for anyone pass it up and move on. The pictures on this website are extremely deceiving of what you’re really getting.

They are supposed to be remodeling but this place is not worth the money. Hallway to room in in an exterior covered hall and all ac units exhaust into hall mist be 140 degrees. My mom wanted to find someplaxe else but i dont think we can do that when we are booked with third party booker. Will never recomend this dump.

We loved our stay! We had a nice suit with 2 queen beds and a very cool modular sofa for the kids. We paid the same amount for a much smaller and not as nice room from another hotel the week before. We had a way better room for the same price at Ramada! It had on site dining & entertainment. Great breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff. Loved it. Will come again!

Was still undergoing renovations, but it was nice and clean. We stayed in room 116, which was nice and spacious for a family of 5. The only complaint was the bathroom door opened only halfway because it got stuck on un level floor, made entering a bit tight because the toilet was right by the door. But nothing too major.

The property is old and is being updated while remaining open. It rained and we had to switch rooms at 3:;30 in morning because of water coming through ceiling. The carpet in the hallway had been wet was not even with wrinkles and folds, and I tripped several times. However, the service was very good and one of the best breakfasts I have had at a motel.

I did not like staying here. When I checked in, I wanted to stay closer to family and they wouldn't let me change rooms because I reserved a king room and where I wanted to be, only queen rooms were available. The lobby was stuffy and humid, this hotel has been "under construction" for years. Walking to my room, the hallway walls were dingy and had black on them. The glass doors were filthy! When I arrived in my room, the door to enter my room was so dingy. I walked into my room, there was new flooring installed, I loved the color they painted the wall and the headboard on the wall was modern looking. There was a new LED mirror above the vanity and a new countertop but I noticed what looked like whiskers behind the faucet, so I tried to wipe it off with a Kleenex but the whiskers were under the clear silicone. Then the shower had not been updated, the corners of the shower were dirty and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were dirty too. The corners in the room were also dirty. I will never stay here again. I felt so unsafe, I even put the chair in front of my door along with locking the deadbolt and the door latch.

The front desk guy was great! Checked into a room that had dead bugs and the ac was broke. Luckily he was able to get us into a different room. The new room was still not very clean but didn’t have any dead bugs. Only stayed for a night so all in all it was tolerable. Don’t believe it was worth the money we paid for the room but now we know.

We were extremely disappointed with this property. Within a few minutes of entering the room we noticed a lot of dead bugs around the bathroom sink area and many gnats swarming the room. The room did not appear to have been cleaned (there was something sticky on the wall, dust coating almost every surface, and the phone didn't work). The only way to enter the room was to go through a poorly lit hallway and a dark courtyard, which did not feel safe. We went back to the front desk to request a refund, which they refused because we had "used" the room (we sent our kids in to shower while we unloaded). They offered us another room and when my husband went in with the front desk attendant he found a bug in the bed. We again requested a refund and were told that it couldn't be approved until the manager was in on a weekday. We checked out and went to a different hotel. After speaking with the manager, we were only offered $25 back on our stay (20% of what we paid). We would not recommend staying at this hotel.
