Enjoy direct access to the slopes and a full-service spa at Jay Peak Resort during the winter, and return in the summer for a round at the resort's golf course.

We had to cancel 6 days ahead due to frightenibg Trump border policies that made us all scared even though we all had our passports siso nce we were gonna be coming from Montreal. So we.lost half of our money since unbeknownst to us was a 14 day canxellation pokicy that we did not see and if we had we would have never made the reservation. We are now determined that we will never plan to ever stay at Jay.Peak as that is a total rip off.

Very family oriented place with lots of thing to do. This was my first time so I will be going back every year with my kids. Looking forward to it but definitely need more than just a weekend.

There needs to be an inventory of kitchen supplies, and have the area restocked appropriately. There was only 12 class in our condo. I also think the cleaning should be more thorough. It seems like a very quick job and was not as clean as I would prefer. I like the shuttle service provided at the resort.

We stayed in the one-bedroom cottage and weren’t sure what to expect at first. However, upon arrival and check-in, we were pleasantly surprised. The cottage was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation spot. There were a few small inconveniences: the coffee maker wasn’t stocked with any coffee, sugar, or creamer, so we made a quick trip into town for supplies. Additionally, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were completely empty, but after calling the front desk, they delivered some within the hour. Only one bar of soap was provided, which wasn’t quite enough for two adults and a teenager. Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Next time, we’ll just come a little more prepared with the essentials.

When we arrived we checked in at 6pm. We had purchased dinner to bring with us. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. We has to wash the silverware so we could use it. There where dirty towels in the washing machine. We had pancake mix to make in the Am and there was only one very small pan that was extremely scratched. We could not use it. The fireplace did not work. We contacted customer service and they did offer to send someone over to fix it. Lastly when leaving and checking the beds I noticed the kids pillows were stained yellow and disgusting. I would not have allowed them to iuse the pillows if i would have seen it.
