For our 20th anniversary trip, part of our trip was 2 nights at Dune Crest. The best thing about this hotel were the staff. They were as accommodating as possible and always pleasant, along with the views that were amazing. I was under the impression that there was direct access to the beach. There is not. This could be a Hotels.com or the property error. The room was spacious and the bed was awesome. The room was also very dated although it had new carpet. The bathroom is sorely in need of new tile, tub and paint. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and again, the staff was great!

Clean large room with a decent view but property seemed a little past its prime. Friendly staff and decent location, although not walkable to Provincetown, where parking costs an arm and a leg.

This property is super convenient if you are planning to spend time in Provincetown, and our room was spacious enough & had a spectacular view. We didn’t have a deck, I noticed some rooms did, so that was a bummer. The rooms are very dated, and had a sort of musty smell. It seems to be well kept, but the carpet & outdated factor made it feel a little dingy. I think removing the carpets would make a tremendous difference.

Beautiful location/views, kind and helpful staff, room was in excellent condition and met our needs. Close to beaches, Provincetown, and Wellfleet which allowed us plenty to do!

Room was clean, breakfast was great, room was spacious. The room could use updating. The pool was closed because of inspection issues which was a big bummer! Very close to P town and lots of beaches.

We had a wonderful time with our two ancient golden/lab dogs, who were welcomed with open arms. There were so many amenities for them that our stay was so carefree, it’s not always easy traveling with dogs but Dune Crest made it a breeze.

It’s beautifully looking on the outside but some parts need to be updated. Especially bathrooms, faucets, bath tub and carpets. For the price we pay I was expecting more. But I must say that everything was clean and we loved the pool too. Also great walking paths.

Great location. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the tables by the pool. Simple place. Dog friendly but by building so not to worry about dogs I’m the room next door if you’re not a dog person. Not all rooms have balconies so pay attention when booking if that’s important. We would stay again.

Beware! I reserved a king room with a balcony and a water view. I called the hotel directly (not Expedia), to confirm this. They assured me I would have the king, balcony with water view. When I arrived my only view was of scruffy pine trees. Although the room itself was fine (large, very clean, newly remodeled) I did not appreciate being misled.

This is a lovely, relaxing place to stay in an ideal location. Ten minutes from the fun in Provincetown, less than that to some of the most beautiful beaches you’ll find anywhere. We’ll be back!

Wonderful location, but our room was dingy, porch was terrible with 2 uncomfortable , mismatched chairs. No top sheet on the bed. Maybe other rooms were more updated?
