Spotless hotel and room. Bathroom spotless too. Just a couple of things- Units in room were very dusty. Mattress was very soft and a bit uncomfortable but it wouldn't put me off going back.

Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinning room staff were also very friendly. I was awoken on Sunday at 7.45 by the room cleaners, and then again after 10AM, with a 'Oh, you're still here?' Whatever the room cleaning were expecting, I did not appreciate the early knocking.

Breakfast staff were excellent especially Rita Katia Goma an italian looking waiter and another young chef whom worked alongside Goma all were very cheerful helpful and great service. Fruit selection could have been better and the drinks as seemed watered down. Wifi was no good at the breakfast area. Cushions uncomfortable and not soft enough very bulky. Apart from that very clean and beds were brilliant size.

Location lovely Shame about the room

Check in was great lady behind the desk was really helpful and friendly. The room was not so great the handle to the wi sue was hanging off and had been screwed shut by a hinge bracket. The charging points were broken. Definitely the worst condition Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in. Had food which looked overcooked but tasted better than it looked. Just to the side of the hotel is a lovely walk around a river.

Hotel was nice and in a good location for visiting nearby areas. Good parking area Room was spacious and had air conditioning and twin double beds. Couldn't work out how to close the plug for a bath but the shower was hot and powerful. Fan in the bathroom didn't work but reception staff listed our complaint and were going to sort it out. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and staff worked hard to keep area clean and food items restocked.
