Clean, quiet, and situated in a beautiful location just outside the built-up part of Tobermory. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Minimal amenities (no food), but economical. There is Wi-Fi access to the internet and TV, but it is rather spotty.

What i like about the property is close to downtown ,but i don’t like the fact that they don’t leave any coffee ,tea and sugar for the guests.Not even water.The suite has no towel rack,no exhaust fan,tv is not working.Aside from that is ok.

The staff here was great as we checked in fairly late, coming in off the late ferry. Also, in the morning, we left very early in the morning and left the key in our room as directed, and after we left realized that my husband left a very important piece of jewelry in the room. We texted the same staff who checked us in the night before who was fast asleep, but was willing to get up and come and let us in our room to find this piece of jewelry, which was awesome and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is just OK nothing great nothing terrible. The Wi-Fi was not working when we were there so we were not able to access Netflix or anything like that or get on the Wi-Fi for our phones. The rooms were cleaning enough and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked fabulous

Wifi did not work, no ventilation in bathroom, a piece of cardboard as a window covering, no tissue or toilet paper, the area around the hotel was horrible, dirty and we felt unsafe. No dining, no coffee. Not worth the price at all.

Beautiful lake view and spotless, well-equipped room with fridge and microwave. Loved walking the lakeside trail into the main area. Erin, the manager, was incredibly warm and helpful — we’d gladly return!

No facilities for hanging your clothes, even in the bathroom there's no place to hang or to put your staff on. You have to put your clothes either on beds or keep them in your bags. The sink is very small. Positive points: new flooring, comfortable beds.

Room was very clean, didn’t have to go the lobby to check in, but, if you are handicap this is not a place for you, 14 steps to go your room, I think they renovating for some rooms a street level

Basic room. Clean. Beds comfortable. Microwave and kettle (coffee/tea would be a nice touch). Remote for AC unit needs a battery. Second floor provided an unobstructed view of the Chi-cheemaun as it arrived from Manitoulin Island. Received an email with instructions prior to arrival. Phone number to call (if no one in office) was provided in email and on door to office. There’s no closet / place to hang garments. Careful when using handrails as wood is unfinished and easy to get slivers. Very expensive for what is provided but “tourist season” is short. Staff are eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This was a clean property, but they need to provide more of the basics. The Reno's look nice, but they are a bit shoddy. The sliding doors are hard to open. There's no fan in the bathroom; everyone knows what you're up to in there. They saved money on the basic a/c units and man are they loud. Switching on and off throughout the night made for a rough sleep. They have some work to do before I'd recommend the place.

Issue at check in with credit card even though no issue for the other hotels I booked along the way. Air conditioned woke us up every time it went off all through the night. No coffee maker, good thing we brought our own. The property needs some love and landscaping. I am sure they will get there but not quite there yet given the Amazon decor. It has potential if they fix up the cottages in front of the property.

Our room had a nice view. The deck chairs on our small deck were painted red and looked inviting. Room was recently redone with new beds and furniture. Fridge and small microwave were provided.
