The check-in process took longer than expected, but we were eventually able to check in without any major issues. Unfortunately, when we arrived at our condo, we discovered that the main sliding glass door was broken and would not close properly. As a result, the condo was extremely hot and humid, making it very uncomfortable. We reported the issue to the front desk, but the response did not seem urgent. We waited for about an hour in the hot condo, but no one arrived to address the problem. We then contacted the resort through WhatsApp, and someone came approximately 30 minutes later. They were able to reduce the gap in the door, but the sliding door still would not open or close properly. We were told that another technician would come to complete the repair, but no one ever returned. It was disappointing that such an important maintenance issue was not fully resolved during our stay. Outside of the condo issues, the resort was nice and the staff were ok. Overall we had a great time.

Great place to stay,the family loves it here. Room was clean and the pool was perfect always on point

Great property, great location, safe, beautiful, a little small but worked, we ended up not using the upper loft part instead used the couch bed. Upper part more for like children able to climb up and down the ladder or thin adults. Definitely recommend. Will most definitely will stay again on another visit. Lots of shops, food options, bars near by. Easy access to taxis.
