Great value!!

Lovely room. Great spa facilities included in the excellent room rate. Very comfortable bed. Rooms a little tired but nothing too bad. Friendly staff.

We had a great one night at Sprowston Manor, the room was nice and the restaurant catered well.for my wife who is Celiac. Just a couple of negatives , the heating in the room (137) was making a banging noice which kept us awake until 3am and the room types don't macth what you book. I booked a superior double room and got a executive double, not sure of the differences but it was a nice room.

We always love going sprowston manor as we married their 20 years ago so for us its the meaning behind the visit. The staff are always amazing but the hotel rooms are tatty and in need of a revamp. Pillows are lumpy and mattess toppers stained. Its the little things like do not desturn signs, having 2 pillows each which are just not there anymore. Breakfast is also standard now and not the quality it used to be. I cannot fault the spa and will always go back but am looking forward to seeing some modernisation in the rooms.

A lovely building and setting. The reception was warm & inviting, room specious and well appointed. However, thete were no mains outlets close to the bed. A number of fittings were tored or broken. Evening dining is limited - no salad. Chips with the burger an apology. I'd give it another try - maybe!?

This hotel is great , ive stayed here numerous times due to work. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the pool and spa really are a added bonus. The rooms are clean,warm and have a fridge which is good when you are staying all week. The car park is big enough so never struggled to park my van. The only issue I have had is due to the allowance i have for working away there are times when i have had to find other accommodation due to the price fluctuating, if it wasnt for that then myself and others would probably be here constantly for the next 2 years.
