Good property but rooms for improvement

Generally a good property and location . The floor and the rug needs proper cleaning as both are dirty. The toilet seat cover couldn’t stay up because of the design of the basins counter.

Couldn’t have been better

Modern apartments in a quiet neighbourhood (at least during the week). Beautiful, clean accommodation in a well-secured building. Not far from the station. Tesco Express is 5 minutes away.

Excellent value

The apartments are excellent value for money. The location is great, only a few minutes walk into the centre of town with lots of shops/restaurants/pubs close by. The apartments themselves are clean and comfortable, and the staff at reception always gave us a friendly welcome.

Great value stay in the centre of Norwich

Facilities and location are unparalleled. The staff were also professional and friendly, and I had everything I needed for a few nights' stay. However, I feel the cleanliness could have been improved on as I found dust bunnies when I first entered the room. The property could also do with some updating soon as the walls and tiles in the bathroom were slightly worn.

I loved my stay, and it exceeded my expecations. The place is in a strange little back street which might look unpromising, but it's dead quiet and actually ideally placed just minutes from both the station and the cathedral. The place is very well kept, and simple but stylish. My appartment was like a Travelodge bed room and bathroom, but with a well-equipped kitchen and a living room thrown in too. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful and, overall, it was extremely good value for money. It would be my first choice on a return trip to the city.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, close to grocery store. Staff was helpful. Only complaint is bed was terrible, hard on the back!

3 night stay

Stayed for 3 nights in a studio which was quite big. The apartments are located a short walk from the train station and near the cathedral and only a short walk into the city centre. My studio was really comfy. Apart from a bed, there is a settee table and chairs for 2, kitchen area, dressing table, mirror TV and also a plug in fan. Toiletries in bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Extra items provided on request.

Our apartment had everything we needed down to the veg peeler. It was all clean and presentable. Some areas could’ve been finished better if we were being picky. It provided a great location for a short stay in the centre of Norwich. We parked in a multi-storey carpark which was expensive but that’s par for the course in a city centre these days. We’ll stay again.

Practical flat in central location

Good size flat, good cooking facilities and a washing machine. Central location, easy walk from station. Helpful staff on reception. Can drop luggage off early.

Location near the train station was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a warm weekend so the fans were helpful and they fixed the fan that broke quickly.
