Personal and professional team in excellent hotel

Excellent two days, hotel was very modern and attractive. Easy to park, quiet and handy location. The highlight was the team, every person we spoke to / interacted with were polite, friendly and genuinely helpful. It really felt like we were welcome guests, so credit to the management and all the team as that is not easy in a large hotel.

We were impressed with every aspect of our stay- from the friendly staff, the comfortable beds, the cleanliness and the tasty breakfast. Only criticism is that the bar prices were quite expensive!

It was lovely for a night away, couldnt fault it! They offered free essensials like toothbrushes and shaving kits incase youd forgotten you own! They even came with little toothpaste packet and a shaving cream packet
