No hot water but otherwise good

No hot water. I've stayed here multiple times and this was the first time I've had this issue, but due to the early mornings / late nights I was using the shower, there was no one around to report this to, so I just had to suck it up. There was a thick layer of dust in the bathtub also. Car park needs some work. Had to move large cages out of the EV charging spot to use, and markings very faded meaning other cars parking way too close to EV area, making it difficult to have enough room to connect. But I will stay here again, and hopefully have hot water next time. Otherwise it's a great B&B at a reasonable price. I just think I was a little unlucky this visit that I had a few issues.

Great stay - lovely venue

Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredible, very informative and helpful. Free breakfast, free parking in a safe car park and a lovely little town. Only issue we had was the water turned cold fairly quickly. Opt for a shower rather than a bath

We loved the colourful, quirky decor and the fantastic food. It's very convenient for Bingham station and Bingham is a good base for exploring the Vale of Belvoir. Very relaxing and friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - really nice people. The room was really pretty and well appointed with kettle etc.

Great value and fantastic staff

Really cannot fault this hotel for the price we paid.Minor criticisms, winter quilts on beds were too much but it was a warm night,perhaps change to 4.5 tog for summer. Breakfast was great apart from bacon which was overcooked to the point of being dry,still ate it though so no points knocked off

A lovely friendly place to stay

Room was a little small but everything within was very good. Very comfortable beds with really nice pillows and duvets . Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was excellent and generous portions of everything. Cantonese restaurant on the premises was very good. Would highly recommend and will be staying there agiain next time we are in the areas.

Our stay at was fine. Not great, but then again not awful. The mucky fingerprints on the bathroom door were a bit off putting but the staff were friendly. We just needed a bed for the night at a reasonable price and it did the job.

A tale of 2 halves

Definitely good value, but the room we had was a small double bedroom which was fine for 1 night, but the fact that it (room 6) had a zebra crossing immediately outside the window with the flashing yellow light flashing continuously in the bedroom, with only blind's at the window (needed black out curtains) keeping us awake, and also the bed was not that comfortable also .... Also worth noting that in this room the sink is in the bedroom, outside of the bathroom! .... Breakfast and service was really good 😊 , though I'm glad we didn't stay for more than 1 night ....
