Great hotel. Facilities are great - bar, Starbucks, pool, gym, etc. Our bathroom was dated and dirty. Complained but nothing was done about it. Restaurant food was great and the selection of beers and spirits was brilliant.

Bed was really comfortable. Its convenient for southall racecourse and we always stay here for that reason. Staff are always welcoming.

Booked the village due to its amenities. Called and confirmed food times - was told last orders is 9.30pm. Arrived to a self check in no reservations staff- unlike advertised. Went to order food at 9.17pm was told kitchen is closed. There was a large table in. Absolutely ridiculous after travelling 4 hours!! A member of staff appeared at the check in desk who was also surprised at the kitchen being closed. Was then directed to the Mcdonalds across the car park. If they were going to close the kitchen early - notify your guests so they can make alternative plans. So very disappointed and wont be back. Might aswell have booked the Premier Inn ! Bedroom was poorly lit - no mirror on the dresser- lighting needs to be looked at. Bathrooms not clean.

Probably one to avoid

The hotel itself is fine, the staff are helpful and the swim and gym facilities are great. The room needs some love and the cups and spoons had clearly been used for porridge and not clean. The walls are paper thin so if you get unsociable types next door you'll be awake all night. The man next door ordered himself a friend for the night and we didn't get much sleep.
