This hotel was one of the best I ever stayed at Room, service, breakfast, beach all of it was a ten!!! If u are in the area an don’t stay at this hotel u are insane. Worth every penny and the spa is amazing best I have seen and I have been all over the world A must stay must. We stayed in room 502. Amazing!

This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. It was awful, as was the service. We gave them another shot with just a party of three and it too was poor. The pool restaurant is much better so I advise you patronize the Osteria. They struggled w the basic cocktails- margaritas, martinis - and were very, very slow. This property needs management talent and a complete reset of its food and beverage strategy and service execution.

Incredibly helpful staff and the spa is gorgeous. The restaurant at the hotel was our best meal in Assisi. Highly recommend!

Great hotel and staff especially Sara at front desk and Veronika who took care of our room every day to be clean.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, really enjoyed our stay. Literally across the street from Bologna Centrale, and the walk into the city centre is not bad, 20 mins or so. Outdoor seating area is quite nice. Only noise you hear is the occasional honk from the street, but overall very quiet. Convenient and comfortable, absolutely would stay again.
