Booked two queens given one king, staff said that’s what I booked and that they were full. Show reservations and then given two queens as per my reservation. Traveling with my 16 y/o who needs his own bed.

Close to freeway exit, front desk staff was not friendly and did not pay much attention to my request. Older hotel, mattresses need replacement. Rest room was tiny with no bars or hooks to hang a towel. Water leaked from under toilet bowl. Good parking outside room.

Room paint and bathroom condition, poor . Toilet seat worn out enamel wood. Asked for a better seat, was told I could have 10 percent off on the room rate. When I checked out, they said no discount on room that was promised. Tell the corporate bean counters to spend money and fix this place.
