No breakfast , No internet y no Cable de television. Aparte yo reserve ocean view y me dieron primer piso. La piscina no se miraba tan limpia. Creo deberian atender bien el Mantenimiento del lugar. Yo me sali un dia antes de mi check out y reserve Otro lado para mi ultimo dia.⭐️⭐️

Wonderful place with fantastic beach, really good restaurant and helpful staff! We would stay here if we came back to Tulum. Only drawback is that the restaurant is closing at 17:30, but there are other restaurants to go to at walking distance. I saw reviews saying that you have to pay extra for entering the nature reserve, but that was not an issue for us as long as we could show our hotel reservation.

Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties. Although the place is about 5-10 mins from the main street, I would advise renting a car if you would book this place. I would recommend this place 10/10!!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. Given the property’s four-star rating, we expected a comfortable stay with basic amenities functioning properly. That was far from our experience. The room struggled to stay cool despite the air conditioning running, and multiple power outages throughout the night made the heat even worse. There were also numerous insects and mosquitoes in the room. When we expressed our concerns, staff assured us the insects were harmless. However, I woke up with over 150 bites on my legs alone, not including the bites my wife experienced. Additionally, the shower repeatedly backed up, raising concerns about the property’s overall maintenance. The dining experience was equally disappointing. Food quality was average at best, especially considering the prices were comparable to those in north east, USA. Breakfast portions were surprisingly small, including a serving of fruit consisting of just three pieces, each roughly the size of a quarter. I understand that occasional maintenance issues can happen at any hotel, but the combination of poor cooling, repeated power outages, insects, plumbing problems, and underwhelming dining made this stay particularly frustrating. Based on our experience, the hotel fell significantly short of what we would expect from a four-star property. We left feeling disappointed with both the accommodations and the value for money. We would never return or recommend this property
