Nuevo Mazatlan Vacation Packages

We had mold in our bathroom and no hot water. We reported and they did change our room.

Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

Only comment is that it was hard to get PDF copy of my receipt with all my charges for the stay. The the place is A+ property.

The highlight of this place is definitely the pool.. the rooms are just not clean, everything looks super old and it’s not comfortable at all.. I decided to just overlook it all because I was traveling with my kids and didn’t want to start the vacation on a negative note. The staff is amazing, this is just regarding the rooms, and also the elevators break almost everyday, I hope they pay attention to that. The hotel needs a mayor remodel, smells were strong in the bathroom also.

The resort was great, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We went for 1 week with my husband and other family members. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the specialty restaurants; we tried the Argentinian and the Italian, our room was clean and we had fun at the adults only pool. All in all, our stay was very would highly recommend staying at El Cid Castilla Mazatlán. Thanks to all for making our stay a beautiful experience.

Clean room

Hola estuve en este hotel por 6 días, la verdad no regreso, Alguien se metió a mi avitacion sin tocar y sin motivo a las 11 de la noche tenía playera de ser empleado del lugar, lo reportamos a recepción pero iba con fin de robar Y yo con mis 3 niños dormidos, cuando mi esposo se levantó y lo enfrentó se fue corriendo rápido y dijo solo que se equivocó de cuarto, muy rápido. Otra cosa fuimos en Julio y la agua de la piscina está demasiado caliente, La playa está muy feo por nada del mundo se puede meter a esa playa Las personas de recepción y de todos los restaurantes se ven muy cansadas y sobre trabajadas triste la situación En realidad solo hay 2 restaurantes y para el buffet tuvimos que esperar 20-40 minutos para ser sentados El Spa si está muy bien La comida x no tan mal pero no muy bien
