Nuevo Mazatlan Vacation Packages

Beautiful property and grounds with excellent services and welcoming staff. Some of the restaurant food was so-so but the events were excellent. All pools and outdoor areas were well maintained and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't accomodated with grace and humor.

Good place. A lot of activities. Got upgraded to vip so that was nice . Only issue was that we arrived late and they didn't have room service and only restaurant open had like only 4 things to choose from and it was supposed to be buffet. Also we had to look for people to help us because unless u tipped them, they would ignore us.

This was our second trip with the villas and they were beautiful as always the staff and food was excellent. The service was incredible. The pools were beautiful. We are already planning our trip for next year to Mazatlan and will definitely stay at Pueblo Bonito villas. What a relaxing and beautiful environment to take some time off at. Can’t wait for next year.

Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. The staff were very nice and polite, unfortunately I cannot say that about the condo owners, some were rude. As far as the view of the ocean was great, easy access to the beach. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.
