Worst, saw 4-5 rooms and all were having dirty bedsheets and pillows. Didn’t replace bedsheets on the request. Still stayed thinking only need to spend 5-6 hours to sleep. Then cockroache came and vacated it. Stayed only 15 mins. No help from Expedia. Neither Expedia nor Hotel returned the money.

The hotel needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning the rooms. They assigned a connecting room to ours and we could listen to everything from the room next door!

Excellent all around and the Italian restaurant was amazing. Pool and spa area great.

As an American visiting New Delhi, avoid this place. The pictures of the outside are deceiving. This is not a good area of New Delhi. The traffic is congested at all hours of the day. The room itself had potential. Updated bathroom, clean fixtures. The linens however did not look clean. Also, the paint in the room itself was peeling but it almost looked like some kind of mold. They don’t clean your room and say they can only clean IF you leave your room key?? The roof top bar was nice (if you didn’t have a view of the slums. Just don’t look over the edge I guess) and our waiter was great and provided great service. Very attentive. Also the food was actually pretty good.

Very clean, nice easy walk to and from the Taj Mahal, hot water in shower. Everything worked great.

Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.
