Beautiful property in a beautiful city. Parking is not far away. Had to arrive before 3pm as reception not manned after this. Only booked it the night before and nobody had returned our emails about access to room and parking. We were in 3rd floor room. Very comfortable beds but it was 30 degrees and not even a fan! It was hot and stuffy with no breeze through the windows.

Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Property is super clean, well located, away from the busy downtown area. It was a delight to have breakfast in this patio surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. It is a keeper.

Great little hotel in a spectacular location. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff family. Parking was easy considering we were inside the walls and what a treat to actually be inside the walls. Close to the Schloss so we were easily able to walk to our tour of the underground passages of the castle walls. ❤️ Nurnberg!

The desk staff was fabulous. Rene was so helpful and funny. The desk person the next morning was his mom, she was just as awesome. The location is so convenient to everything within old town. We did not have breakfast there but it did look really well stocked and good. I would definitely stay here again or highly recommend it.

Perfect mix of old and modern

This "old" family hotel is very modern. Never saw an elevator like that. The sauna was wonderful and the pool area cute although I didn't use the pool. Desk staff was extremely kind and helpful when i wasn't feeling well and the nearby parking worked out great. Lovely hotel so close to everythin!
