In a good location, decent amenities

The Sejong Hotel is located right in the busy, tourist‑friendly neighborhood of Myeongdong. The property itself is well‑maintained, with a touch of luxury and modern features like self‑service kiosks for check‑in/check‑out, an automated luggage storage room, and a well‑equipped coin laundry. I can’t speak for all the rooms, but ours felt a bit outdated — the furniture had drawers that opened on their own, the lamp shade wasn’t very clean, and the air conditioning mysteriously paused in the middle of the night, leaving the room overheated until we turned it back on. Maybe it was some kind of eco mode to save electricity? Aside from that, everything else was great: daily cleaning service, helpful staff, and overall a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff friendly & helpful

The room itself was pretty clean, only complaint is that there isn’t much space for luggage or anything. Bathrooms were QUITE messy most of the time, but this is more the fault of other guests. Great location, very easy to locate. Didn’t try the provided breakfast as the common area gets quite busy. The staff were helpful when needed. The laundry situation can be quite annoying… there’s like 6 tiny washers that fit nothing, 2 large ones which the staff also use i believe, and only 2 dryers entirely. Guests can be inconsiderate leaving their things in the laundry past the time it’s finished.

Very nice property, helpful staff, and good location. They even offer free laundry service for guest who booked more than 2 nights. Also awesome offers like 10% off at the bar and special offer for taxi to the airport.

This is a perfect location to experience Seoul. If you're looking for a reasonable price, good location, this is for you. If you spend a lot of time in your hotel room, book somewhere else.
