The whole layout of the hotel was, lovely. The swimming pool was beautiful and never felt crowded. Shuttle to the private beach was really good. It's quite isolated, relatively speaking. That suited me.

Nice property with fantastic pools. Lovely friendly staff. Great situation next door to a local shopping street and other places to eat and have spa treatments outside of the hotel. Close to the Bali Collection shopping complex but don’t rely on the shuttle service as the van is often full as it picks up people from other hotels. Needs more lounge chairs around the pools. A 4 star resort only. Some meals not as expected. A little expensive for the price.

We loved this hotel. The pools were great, dining options great, rooms spacious & clean, shuttle service to Bali collection & the beach available. Staff very friendly & nothing was an issue. Currency exchange at hotel. Spa treatments amazing!! & the resident squirrels are so cute. We will definitely stay here again

Nice hotel and the staff were superb. The breakfast was really decent quality too. The swimming pool was massive and clean. The only issue we had was with check in. We arrived at 1pm and were made to wait for 2 hours until our rooms were ready. Our children were exhausted and hysterical. Yes, they say check in is at 3pm but this is the only hotel in 20 years that has made us wait like this. The only other issue we had was with Nusa Dua. It’s really weird, fake and touristy. It doesn’t feel like a town, just a bunch of hotels built around a dismal shopping mall with terrible, generic restaurants. There are great restaurants but they're in the fancy, high-end hotels and are priced higher than Australian prices. Most mid range restaurants are garbage. Nusa Dua sucks basically. I wouldn't go back unless it was free. Go to Sanur if you want a proper Balinese town. The beach is however, beautiful. One of the nicest on the island.
