I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Bali Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning surroundings set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Location: The resort is perfectly nestled atop a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean, offering breathtaking views that are simply mesmerizing. The beach is private, pristine, and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bali. Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed, blending Balinese charm with modern comforts. My room had a balcony with a panoramic ocean view, and waking up to that was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious bathroom, were top-notch. Facilities: The resort boasts an array of facilities to cater to every need. The pool areas are fantastic, with both family-friendly zones and tranquil spots for adults. The kids' club seemed well-equipped and lively, which would be a big plus for families. The spa was another highlight for me – the Balinese massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, leaving me completely rejuvenated. Dining: The dining options are diverse and exceptional. It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue.

The view was amazing, buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and the staff were all so accommodating, lovely people! Highly recommend this place, my husband and I were very impressed.
