Friendly staff
This one bedroom Villa that we stayed in was pretty comfortable. Good size bed though mattress a little hard. TV and wifi worked well and good availability of powerpoints/ boards. The toilet and shower were both outdoors which was a bit hard at night time. Bar fridge topped up daily but unfortunately only coke, lemonade and beer. Afternoon tea daily was included in our stay and that was nice- included juice or hot drinks. Breakfast was also included. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and food was fresh and tasty-meals on the small side. The villa pool was very nice. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The only downside was an onsite wedding the first night which kept us awake after travelling from Australia. And the Villa next door was being refurbished so a lot of noise during the day which made it hard to relax in the pool. Location is great- walking distance to shops and beach as well as Bali Collection.

Our stay at Kayumanis was relaxing and lovely - just what we needed after "roughing" it in Raja Ampat. The villa was perfect, the landscaping beautiful, and we loved (and took advantage of) the in-villa dining/room-service options. The walk to the beach club was easy and there's a path along the beach if you want to get your steps in/check out the other dining options around the resort. We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages we received were amazing. One last note - their in room cookies are sooooo good.

We stayed here and at the Ubud property. Both were absolutely amazing! Villas are beautiful - with good sized private pools and outside showers that feel like you are in your own private paradise. Staff are extremely accommodating and everyone was so nice! Food was excellent - whether served in our villa or at restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great service and good cleanliness of the entire villa. The place is very well kept. Working staffs are friendly and helpful. Mini bar, fruits and cookies are replenished daily; their cookies are very tasty! Breakfast is good, great variety, in room dining from the restaurant is also quality food. Only thing they may want to improve is the afternoon tea, too many sweet items, could include some savoury items. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely go back.

Extraordinary. From the moment they pick you up at the airport, know that you will be well taken care of. Breakfasts are included and amazing - you'll never go hungry with the options they let you have. The staff are so well trained we felt pampered. We've never had this level of attention to detail. We had a great honeymoon. They go above and beyond. 10/10 would come back to Bali and will only consider this resort.

We had a wonderful time at the Kayumanis Nusa Dua Villa. Through communication pre-arrival, meeting us at the airport - until our departure - without exception - every one of their staff was friendly, attentive and skilled at what they did. Exceptional service. Our Villa was very comfortable. We had a lovely plunge pool - that was larger than expected - I also liked biking to the beach, which was clean and the water was lovely. We were impressed with our breakfasts - and loved the dinners in the Italian restaurant. Delicious.

Excellent villa condition and best people. I made a lot of unforgettable memories with my family. The private pool(1.5m) was quite large and surrounded with beautiful trees that provide shelter from sunlight. The butler service was super responsive and kind. It takes 7-8min walk to the beach, and there is a small shower+toilet in the private passage to the beach. The beautiful and calm beach was not crowded.

I loved the privacy of our villa but we also loved the option of going out to mingle with other guests. Room service was amazing, the food was amazing and the people were so accommodating. The beaches are clean and the water is clear.

You can order all from the menu. Decent afternoon tea (free). 4. TV comes with HD channels. 5. Great hospitality. All our requests were met. 6. 7 minutes walk to Nusa Dua Beach. There is small beach club from the hotel to set up lounge chair for you. 7. There is a few 5 stars hotel along the beach. It’s convenient to dine there. What can be improved: 1. There is only one hand washbasin. His and her basin prefers. 2. Less amenities with only toothbrush and shower cap.
