So good we plan to turn
We had a 2bedroom and it was perfect for the family. Besides the kitchenette, over which we prepared breakfast and saved $80 a day (we spent $30 for the entire 3-day breakfast), there’s also a washing machine. The living room had a sofa bed that 2 persons slept on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, will definitely consider a return

This was a return visit for us came in 2018 last time so for convenience returned received same room which was nice. Generally everything was good but it would be helpful if staff underwent some further training on customer service. Seems to be a trend if don’t understand or pretend not issue don’t get addressed. Very good hotel for our 3 children love the Pool.

The Marriot is a fantastic property, for couples or family. Great service and very clean. Super friendly staff, my kids loved the kids club and the staff. We will return next year.

Excellent hotel & staff. Beautiful tropical grounds and easy to walk around Nusa Dua, ride a bike, or get taxis to other parts of Bali. We loved our stay, the only downside is that smoking is unfortunately still allowed on balconies. This means if your sitting by the pool and someone starts smoking, you are breathing in the secondary smoke. There were only a few loungers near the restaurant where the balconies were not facing which was the only place you could be guaranteed smoke-free area by the pool where you were not inhaling other peoples cigarettes. If this could be changed to meet current health guidelines then I would not be able to fault the hotel. We had an excellent stay and staff were so hospitable & great with our kids, nothing was too much trouble.

Great and nice stay!
It was excellent stay for me and family. The room was great with many amenities, e.g. washing machine, kitchen and etc.. All the staffs were very friendly and great hospitality! Highly recommended and I will definitely come back to stay again.
