We had an incredible five-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, and it exceeded every expectation. The Ladies & Gentlemen truly exemplify world-class hospitality. In every interaction, we felt the warmth of their genuine smiles and their sincere desire to make our stay special. From the seamless airport pick-up to Housekeeping, Reception (both check-in and check-out), breakfast at Senses, afternoon coffee and tea at the Bar & Lounge, relaxing time at the Missoni Resort Club, dining at Bejana and The Beach Grill, and rejuvenating visits to the Spa & Gym—every team member was exceptional. The buggy drivers and even staff we passed during our walks around the resort greeted us with such kindness and warmth. While we may not remember every name, we will never forget their gracious approach, friendly faces, and impeccable service. The facilities were outstanding, and our goal to completely unwind and relax for the week was perfectly fulfilled. Our Sawangan Suite with lagoon access made the experience even more special—having the freedom to step straight into the lagoon anytime we felt like lounging or taking a refreshing dip was pure bliss. I wish I could leave 6 stars. This Ritz Carlton is the best of the best. I cannot say enough about how amazing this trip to Bali was! From the second you arrive at the property you are treated and pampered to like you are the most important person on earth, but not in a fake or ‘we have to because it’s our job’ type of way. Every single staff member, from reception to cleaning to groundskeepers to the spa was genuinely kind, always greeted you with a smile and would bend over backwards to help you. I cannot say enough. Ritz is always wonderful but this is by far the best hotel I have ever been to anywhere in the world. The property is heaven on earth. The rooms (I had the room with lagoon access) were incredible, the pool and beach view from the pool is just beautiful, many food options, an incredible spa and so much more. I booked this spur of the moment and am soooo glad I did! It was the best vacation I’ve ever been on!!! The breakfast buffet is absolutely insane. I could go on and on. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!! You will be blown away by the hospitality of the Balinese people! I loved it so much that I already booked a trip back for 2026!! The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel. Traffic takes forever so plan excursions accordingly. (Concierge will help you and assist in scheduling a driver to get you to and from) But you could easily spend a week at the resort and not leave the hotel and still have the most amazing time!!! Could not recommend more!
During our week there we chatted with quite a few of the employees and one of them who worked at the breakfast buffet would make us the most beautiful fruit platters each morning! These kind, small gestures and attention to detail are amazing!
