Property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and attentive. From the minute you walk in to the hotel, you feel confident that the service you will receive is top notch. Guests are well looked after and any concerns are addressed fairly quickly. All the public spaces and washrooms are very clean. The beach and pool area is easy to access and well maintained. Our room was spacious and had a great organization system for our belongings so it didn't feel cluttered. The temperature control/HVAC worked really well. Improvement Suggestions: 1. The dining options are alright; they are not bad but it could be improved. There are better dining options 5-10 mins away from the Westin at the Bali collection mall. 2. While the resort is a family friendly resort (which is great), it would be great to have an adults only section around the pool and beach area for those who may want some quiet space while on vacation.

My stay at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm Balinese hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel relaxed and welcome. The resort itself is stunning—immaculately maintained gardens, a breathtaking beachfront, and elegant, spacious rooms that strike the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the heavenly bed to the thoughtful amenities, added to the overall experience of true relaxation. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make every moment enjoyable. Whether it was at the beach, by the pool, or in one of the restaurants, I was always treated with care and professionalism. Speaking of food, the dining options were excellent. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—an impressive spread with something for every palate, from healthy options to indulgent local favorites. The Westin’s location in Nusa Dua is ideal for a peaceful getaway, yet still convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The private beach is pristine and never overcrowded, making it perfect for morning strolls or just soaking in the sun. I left feeling rejuvenated and deeply grateful for the experience. I would highly recommend The Westin Resort Nusa Dua to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape in Bali. I can’t wait to return!

The resort looks modern, stylist and luxurious. There are 3 really good restautants within the same resort which gives you a variety of food options. On top of that the room service and entertainment did not fall short to impress. Buffet breakfast and the staffs in the resort are all very hospitable and friendly. The resort is walking distance to Bali Collection which has more restaurants from indian, japanese chinese, mexican, italian, balinese cuisenes and other clothing and handicraft shops. Will definitely stay at this resort again in future.

The staff are exceptional at the Westin. The grounds are gorgeous. They’re in a remodeling phase right now so they upgraded us to a very nice apartment to make sure we were happy. We loved it there. A lot of people want to go to the west side of South Bali where the clubs are, but you can’t swim there. The ocean here at the Westin is very calm and peaceful for swimming. Even calmer than Waikiki beach if you just want to chill out and soak in the ocean. Applause for the staff.

It is an amazing resort to stay with kids, only thing is that there is construction going on in some parts of the resort. Just be aware that you don’t get allocated a room in the wings that the construction is undergoing. We loved the variety in the breakfast buffet and the option to walk to other hotels nearby to eat. Overal we had a great stay.

The rooms are sub standard to be charging $800 / night and outdated. The rooms were changed 3 times to get rid of mozzies and mould smell. Won’t recommend and not good value for money. Disappointing and Expedia didn’t helped in cancelling the rooms for better hotel and bad experience overall
