The door had crack in it letting cold air into the room. The room was cold with no access to a heater. The mattress felt as if it had been trampled by a platoon of soldiers in boots. So old, and unsupported, it hurt to sleep on it. I could easily hear the man in the next room doing his thing. The grounds looked like a ghetto. The price was low, and so was the qualityof my room.

Do not advertise this place

Not a good place, if I could give a negative rating I would. Nasty on top of nasty. Not as advertised at all. Hotels.com should be ashamed of placing this place on your website. The smell was awful and we slept in the car.

Ordered a king sized bed on cheap tickets app but got a room with queen bed. Told clerk about it and he insisted it was a king. He said all of the beds were the same in all of the rooms

Is this the "quality" Hotels.com wants?

This hotel is not an option for respectable travelers. It is a vagrant motel in shambles with unsafe stairs and disgusting rooms. Room 210 in particular had substances on the carpet next to the bed (unknown, but sticky) and a bathroom that was so disgusting that the best decision for my health and well being was to not shower. Hotels.com would do well to remove this "motel" as a option for travelers and remove all association.

Please understand that I read the reviews carefully and have no complaints. It was exactly what was describe and exactly what I expected. This was a last minute reservation for four nights as my plans for the week/weekend fell apart that day. I was lucky to find ANY place to stay at a reasonable price for this time. I have no complaints as my expectations were perfectly managed and I knew exactly what I was getting.

We showed up to one of the seediest hotels we ever saw! The desk said they had no reservation for us that went through Expedia. We just left. Went to see a show in Peekskill, no other rooms available anywhere, then drove back to after the show

Super smelly room, like really really bad, the likes of a skunk spray or worst of molds. On telling the front desk that it smells, he said "no it doesnt, i gave you the best room. What do you expect from a motel!" I'd recommend sleep in your car or somewhere, but stay away from this dirt hole of a place and the staff! Never coming back here..

i had boat engine trouble, got to a marina late night and had to stay with boat, tried tocall hotel 5 times no answer, no help from expedia, very disappointed, never use Budgetm expedia or Generali again, thank got for social media as a warning.

Would rather sleep outside on the ground. The worst place I've ever stayed. Bed size not as advertised; room smelled strongly like an ashtray in spite of being listed as smoke free; thin blanket with cigarette burn holes; broken fan/missing cover bathroom; hole in wall, thin walls (noisy), worn furniture; incredibly dirty (flies) and mattress; noisy, sagging bed. Like a stereotypical drug den from a movie. Was cheap but nonrefundable. Shame on Orbitz for not correcting the listing- these problems have been previously noted by other guests. Shame on the owner for not caring about customers.
