Bed was fine but hotel need to be refreshed still show old paint, carpets, bathrooms fridge in my room is old but still functional no ice machine in hotel so the first night we couldn’t get any the next day only when fridge made some . Coffee machine is too basic I breakfast not served hotel should reconsider.

We booked a room and they gave us Room-325. August 13. Wednesday. But a Big surprise at 11pm there was people opening Our door while we are sleeping. We called front desk and that Rep said I’m in wrong room (which I checked in at 3pm ) and he argue us back saying it’s ok you can stay and sleep, with a giggle laugh and he’s not even aware of Safety& inconveniences- what a Mistake was made scaring us by sending people trying to open our door in the middle of the night. It was a joke for him - the front desk didn’t even realize what a reckless mistake he made of customer safety and privacy… he thought I was Spanish and trying to give me a Spanish slank which was so rude. It is not only a review But it’s also a direct complaint to the management. Most scary unsafe experience ever
