The hotel bar was opened until 2am and the guests at the bar were loud and obnoxious. we were there for a tournament the next day at 6am…I called front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that they paid to be at the bar and I said I paid to have a good nights rest and they did nothing.

Solo Relaxing stay

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Suffern and had an outstanding experience! The rooms are impressively spacious and incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. I loved having plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable during my stay. Parking was very accessible, which made getting in and out of the hotel a breeze. Additionally, the exercise room is well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Suffern for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay! Five stars all the way!

Bugs, hair, cigarette smell

Found live bugs in dresser drawer. Phone not working. No fan in bathroom. (Room 265) check in clerk copped attitude when pointed out. Waited for another room.(room 347). Hair in drawer, a/c blowing warm. Hair in drawer. Waited an hour for someone to come clean. Cigarette smoke infiltrated from smokers under window. Left after one night. Definitely not what I expected from such a highly rated hotel. Manager has videos of bugs moving around drawer.

Didn't like the shower because its handicapped accessible water got all over the floor. No information about TV channels and menus if you wanted room service. Saw something before checkout about scanning a Code to get info on services. DUMB DUMB DUMB. Not everyone uses their phones for EVERYTHING.
