All staff members were extremely nice except for the gentleman preparing the omelettes; he did not respond to greetings or made eye contact, and looked disconnected and seem to mutter under his breath; maybe he’s on the spectrum, and if so, I apologize for being critical. However, for the sake of optics maybe a different person is needed in that position.

Noisy. Too noisy. Used to be an indoor pool there. Still resonates like one. Every kid in the open atrium above a whisper echoes through the rooms like a railroad intercom. Every drunk at the bar regaling his buddies with lies pounds the perfect nighttime silence. Every bride/bridesmaid shrieking with false glee pierces the nocturnal peace. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere. Breakfast was overpriced but adequate.

Everything was great as it normally is however the door to room 179 needs to be repaired as it is very loud and difficult to open/close. Also the mattresses was super super soft on one side and moderately firm on the other, I feel like they could use new mattresses but other than that the place is fantastic and you definitely get what you pay for. I do recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area

I reserved a standard room. You guys completely over book and moved me into a handicap room because that was all you had available, even though I reserved my room several months ago you didn't hold my reservation. I used the shower and it was horrible, the shower head wasn't working and Couldn't really do anything. Also you had a wedding there this past weekend where you allowed the people in the common area to be screaming and shouting till three in the morning. Even after complaints where made they still where shouting till three in the morning. Over all the stay was bad and I doubt I will be using that place again unless I have no choice.

The rooms could use some upgrades and better cleaning. They are dark and stark, the furniture is old and worn looking. I did ask to switch rooms because the first did not seem clean and I was very itchy in that room, and a room change was issued without hassle. The second room was better than the first, but still borderline average. And if considering price, below average for the cost.

Horrible. Room was dirty and the sink drain was clogged. The furniture in the room was also old and dirty. The hotel also over looks the freeway and is very noisy.
